Another quattro, this one a 1986. I bought this from my friend Matthew Johnson, the rally driver, to have something to commute in while rebuilding the RS engine. Even being (very) rough it still had something magic of the old ’87 quattro I remembered so well. After replacing almost every inch of fuel line and most of the brake lines it was a solid enough daily driver. I sold it to a person in Oklahoma who flew to NC then took it on a 2000-mile road trip back to OK going via NY state!
